Our psychologists use a clinical assessment to work out a treatment plan for the client. They may recommend individual counselling, group therapy or other support methods including occupational therapy. Clients on a Mental Health Care Plan can also be supported with scheduled appointments after providing a GP referral.

A range of intervention techniques is used to help our clients, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), emotional regulation, motivational interviewing, social skills and mindfulness.
