10 white pre-cut cards
10 white envelopes
Enough ribbon to complete 5 pattern A and 5 pattern B ribbon cards.
Please note: If you have never purchased this ADM before the assessor will need to make samples of pattern A and pattern B; four patients can be assessed with the remaining cards.
