Disposable Large Allen Cognitive Levels Screening Tool (LACLS).

The new kits will come with:
- 5 pre-punched 15 x 18 cm rounded, cardboard blanks
- 10 750mm x 4.7mm lengths of kangaroo lacing
- 5 750mm textured shoelaces

These kits do not come with brass needles - they are not required when administering the single use assessment. Needles can be purchased separately and are able to be sterilised.
